Rip Change Mounting Discs enable you to leave your resin and burnishing pads set-up for the duration of the pad life. Simply set-up your resins on the Rip Change Discs then attached the Rip Changes to your resin holder discs. To change resin step or grit, simply peel off the Rip Change Disc with the resin pads still attached- no screw driver or scraper required.
