Returns Policy
At Eno Supply Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be new, unused, and unopened. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or credit is issued.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all non-defective returns. Items returned due to an Eno Supply Co. error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective product) are exempt from this fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Opened abrasives, adhesives, or chemicals
- Used or installed tooling or equipment
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an Eno Supply Co. error.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 weeks of the return shipment date. This includes:
- 5–10 business days for your return to reach us
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and product details. We’ll respond quickly with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization form.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
